如果您有货物需出口至国外，您可放心地委托我公司全权办理，只要您填写一份货物出口委托单，其内容包括：发货人、收货人、通知人、起运港、到达港、目的地、品名、箱量、货量、拟配船、运费支付方式等，并在船舶开航前十至五天内交我司业务人员，他(她)就会根据提供的资料，帮您办理货物出口订舱手续。在替您的货物订好舱位后，我司业务员将主动以电话、传真等多种方式通知您已配的船名、航次、提单号、开航日等信息。
● 进口FOB订舱流程
（1）如果您有货物需从国外进口，请 立即打电话或传真给我司FOB销售员，我司FOB销售会马上将船期及运价等有关情况传真或电话告诉您。
（2）如果您认可我司所报运价及船期，请 发FOB订舱传真给我司进口FOB销售，传真 内容包括：运价、起运地、装港、卸港、目的地、中英文品名、箱型、箱量、货物 重量、体积、装船期、合同号、国外发货 人名称、电话、传真、联系人。
（3）我司进口FOB销售在收到您的订舱传真后会马上联系COSCO国外代理，落实订舱事宜，并将有关船名、航次、装船期、船舶预抵装港时间告诉您。
（4）我司将时刻关注发货及装船情况，如有变更将随时通知您。
（5）装船以后，我司将传真您提单副本。同时我司将根据您确认的运价开出运费发票并邮寄给您。
（6）货物到港以前，我司将电话通知您做好换单准备。并可根据您的需要协助您办理进口换单手续。
